We'll give you DOZENS of numbers to look at to accurately see how & where you're making progress.

Body Composition: We track both your body fat & muscle mass and focus on reaching & maintaining healthy levels of each.
Body Circumference: In addition, we take body circumference measurements to see how much your silhouette changes over time.
Fitness Assessment: Through the fitness assessment we can see and track improvements to your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
Self-assessments help you and your trainer dial in on areas that need more attention whether it's knowing how to exercise more effectively, increasing motivation, finding support from others, or managing stress.
Stability & Core Endurance: This assessment measures your proprioception as well as basic core strength.
AMPED 400: The AMPED 400 measures overall conditioning, stamina, and strength endurance.
