Since opening our doors in 1999 we've evolved into one of Colorado's most successful sport Taekwondo programs, a character-development center for children, an elite fitness studio for adults, and The ROCK has also become an amazing family center.
The ROCK is a place for families to connect through the rigors of training, sweating, and learning together.

Each letter in The ROCK stands for an important characteristic that all students are expected to demonstrate both in and out of class. Students are taught to always begin with respect and end with kindness.
We strive to provide a safe haven of health and wellness that will promote mental & physical growth, a positive attitude, and opportunity for all our students to unleash their potential!
